Refund policy

When you shop at Tonic Vault, you'll have 14 days to inform us that you require a refund.  You then have 14 days to return the goods once you have informed us.

To be eligible for a return, your item/s must be unused and in exactly the same condition that you received it/them. It/they must also be in the original packaging, unopened and not damaged. 

Refunds (if applicable): 


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

 

How to Initiate a Return:

 

  1. Contact Customer Support: Reach out to our dedicated Customer Support Team through our contact page or email enquiries@tonicvault.co.uk to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide Order Details: Please provide your order number, product details, and reason for the return.

 

Return Process:

 

  1. Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization.
  2. Send It Back: Pack the product securely, including your return authorization, and send it back to us.

 

Refund Process:

 

  • Verification: We will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • Refund Initiation: Upon verification, we will initiate the refund process.
  • Payment Method: The refund will be credited back to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
