Product Availability:

Due to the intricacies of cross-border transportation, our UK facility may not always stock the complete Tonic Vault product range. However, we remain steadfast in our commitment to innovation and sustainability. We continuously explore new, secure routes to enhance our shipping capabilities. While we aim to expand our UK facility's inventory to encompass our entire product range, we guarantee that it will never be less than 75% of our offerings available at any given time.

EU Marked Products:

Please note that products labeled with the "EU" mark in their title are currently exclusively available for dispatch from mainland Europe. This distinction ensures compliance with regional regulations and facilitates smoother shipping processes within the European Union.

Flexibility for UK Customers:

We understand that our customers in the UK may have preferences regarding the source of their orders. Therefore, we offer the flexibility for UK-based customers to still place orders from mainland Europe if they choose. This option allows our UK customers to access our full product range, ensuring they find the perfect Tonic Vault products to suit their needs.

Mix of EU and UK Products:

At Tonic Vault, we ensure that the majority of our products are readily available for dispatch from both our EU and UK facilities. However, if an order comprises a mix of products from both regions and includes any items marked with the "EU" designation in their product images, the entire order will be dispatched from our EU facility. This designation indicates that, at the time of purchase, the specific product is exclusively available for dispatch from mainland Europe. Rest assured, we maintain a robust inventory in our EU facility to accommodate such orders seamlessly.
