- Arrival delay: Claim for $5 if your domestic package is not delivered within 10 days since fulfillment (30 days for international package).
- Damage: Claim for up to the full value of your purchase if your items are damaged in transit.
- Loss: Claim for the full value of your purchase if your domestic package is not delivered before the 30th day since fulfillment (60th day for international package).
- Worry-Free Purchase also includes carbon offsets for carbon emissions produced within the recipient’s destination country .

Order Processing and Dispatch:
We process and dispatch orders every work day, Monday to Friday.
All orders placed before 10 am will be processed and dispatched on the same day or sometimes next day.
Orders placed after 10 am will be processed and dispatched on the following work day and sometimes the day after.

Return Process:
You can now initiate a return directly from your customer account — no need to contact us by email.
Once your return request has been processed, you will receive an email from the carrier as well as from us, containing either a printable return label or a QR code. You can print the label at home or simply present the QR code at your local post office when dropping off your return.
Conditions for Returns:
We accept returns for any reason, whether it's a product quality issue or simply a change of preference.
Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Refund Process:
Refunds are issued as store credit directly to your customer account.
This credit can be used on future purchases and allows you to avoid waiting for your bank to process the refund back to your bank account.
You will receive a confirmation once the credit has been applied.
